As a Florida drug rehab and alcohol addiction treatment center, Safe Haven Recovery is located in the sunny city of Miami, Florida. Safe Haven is fully licensed in the state of Florida, and our therapists are certified and licensed in their various fields. Furthermore, we utilize evidence-based medication assisted treatment (MAT). Moreover, we use MAT in tandem with behavioral therapies. In this way, clients have the best chance to get clean. Subsequently, they stay in treatment longer and can look forward to long-term sobriety. As such, individual addiction care is paramount to everything we do.
Our Florida addiction treatment center specializes in Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). MAT clients are seen daily by our medical staff consisting of nurses, nurse practitioners and a medical doctor. First, they will perform a full assessment and determine a treatment plan with medication regime (as appropriate). For example, medications may include antidepressants, anxiety categories or anti-craving medication (ie: Suboxone, Subutex, Vivitrol, Naltrexone).
Safe Haven Recovery promises a supportive drug rehab environment for adult men and women (and couples). In other words, Safe haven is a nurturing addiction treatment center where clients are provided with actionable tools to succeed. Above all, we help clients realize a life without drugs or alcohol.
Our Florida drug rehab is an intimate environment of hope and healing. We deliver individualized substance abuse treatment to every client who comes through our doors. Safe Haven Recovery specializes in Suboxone Maintenance and Couples Addiction Treatment.
The Florida addiction treatment center model puts the emphasis on the connection of the Mind, Body and Spirit!
OPEN MINDS. Clients are educated on how to re-enter the community after addiction treatment. In other words, we teach them life skills for productivity and happiness.
HEAL THE BODY. We utilize medication assisted treatment (MAT). As a result, our clients cravings and withdrawals are reduced.
AWAKEN THE SPIRIT. Every client is given the tools to repair their self-worth and enjoy their life on its own terms.
Our Florida drug rehab treats the whole person. From the start of detox, we create only individual treatment plans. In this way, clients get the addiction treatment they deserve.
PHP clients live in our rehab housing, which are beautiful homes. Each day, clients come to our Florida addiction treatment center, then return to community housing in the evening. In addition, we provide daily transportation for treatment, 12-step meetings and outside activities. At the same time, clients are seen daily by nurse practitioners and doctors to maintain medical management. All the while, they participate in a variety of individual and group therapies. Typically, clients will also receive support for case management and aftercare substance abuse treatment.
Our PHP program is highly structured, yet flexible. As such, clients receive vital medical care and treatment while creating a life in the addiction recovery community.
Our IOP program is a step-down from the partial hospitalization program. Similarly, clients receive medical care and therapy, but less. Individual counseling is part of IOP, but the focus is on group therapy.
The IOP program is highly flexible. To illustrate, it is three hours per day, three days a week including individual therapy. Also, most of the clients live in our nearby Miami recovery house. Accordingly, it is an integral part of Florida drug rehab.
Detox is the first step in Florida addiction treatment center process. At this time, we don't offer inpatient detox services. However, we work with high quality detox centers nearby. As a result, we place our clients in these centers and will handle all the coordination of care. This includes: travel assistance, daily follow-up with detox center and transportation pick-up when detox is completed.
We believe group therapy sessions are helpful, but not enough. For this reason, Safe Haven therapists will develop a treatment plan to uncover issues in a safe place. In this way, they can become comfortable while focusing on the root causes of their addictions. Similarly, the therapists encourage our clients to participate in peer support and work a 12-Step program. Specifically, creating bridge to life-long sobriety.
Our Florida addiction treatment plans help our clients learn to cope with the issues that caused them to turn to drugs initially. Consequently, individualized care has been geared towards gaining addiction recovery while overcoming the clients unique circumstances.
The goal of our Florida drug rehab is to find long-term sobriety, so that each client can be free from substance abuse and addiction. With this in mind, our continuing care extends beyond partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. To that end, the aftercare program helps our clients to accept full responsibility for the success of their long-term recovery. In the same way, aftercare is tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Our aftercare program includes the following elements:
